1、Precision slitting and cutting

We can carry out various slitting and cutting processes according to customized width and length, as well as rewind materials.

2、High precision full servo multifunctional laminating-pressing

We can carry out one or several processes from among such processes as laminating-pressing, waste discharge, multi axis tension, pressing, gaping, etc., through multiple stations full axis controlling servo, effectively ensure the laminating accuracy, flatness, and lamination-pressing strength of composite products. We are able to laminate-press various materials at great speed and products have good quality.

3、Substation continuous punching（0.05mm）

We have QDC precision production technology of die cutting manufacturing industry, which can realize multi-layer structure and overlapping of different layers of materials. The process hole of machine A can be located by machine B and machine A as a locating basis, and carry out continuous stamping and automatic waste removal. The precision degree of the product produced by this process is ± 0.05mm, and the size is stable and the productivity is high, which can meet the various assembly required by customers.

4、High precision sheet to sheet lamination

By controlling the high-precision module, in addition to using several high-precision cameras and advanced precise laminating-together mode, we have made the product’s overlapping dimension accuracy reach plus or minus 0.1mm, and Cpk is greater than 1.33. The product quality is better, meeting the customer's demand for high-precision pasting-together products.

5、Multi-station automatic deviation-correcting rotary machine group

We have multi-station automatic deviation-correcting rotary machine group, which can produce products with small fit tolerance between two tools. Based on one mould, we can automatically adjust the fit tolerance of the second mould according to the parameter values set by the automatic function and the calculation of the backstage system program, so as to realize the stability of the fit dimension of the product with small tolerance.
