We have 4~4.5 axis high-speed CNC milling and turning capabilities, able to provide customers with all kinds of high-precision and special-shaped surface parts.

We have a high-precision multi-axis CNC processing technology, which can prepare processing programs and designed supporting processing tools in advance, and precisely grind to achieve the required glass products. We can make a series of specific physical processing on plane glass, 2.5D glass, 3D glass, as well as make hole digging, sinking, groove digging on glass product surface. Through the multi-axis design of the machine, lots of glass products can be processed at once under the operation of a single program, thus the processing efficiency can be improved. With the reliable equipment accuracy, we can process to achieve satisfactory products.

3、Acrylic CNC

We have a high-precision CNC processing technology. The double axis machine can carry out processing by two axles simultaneously, and can also carry out multi-functional processing including two axles coordinating and tool changing. The processing equipment equipped with CCD scanning function can realize 0.05mm accurate matching processing. The secondary positioning can realize the front and back surfaces processing, with the accuracy reaching 0.08mm. The machining and cutting range of the machine is wide, applicable to products of various sizes to be processed and can even realize 3D relief and 3D surface machining.
