1、Injection moulding

We have ten thousand grade clean room and micro injection products. At present, we have five 10 ton Baby plast molding machines to provide customers with fast trial samples-making and competitive micro product molding, high-precision and ultra-thin injection molding products. At present, the company has 10 sets of 100 ton Sumitomo molding machines to provide customers with high-precision (key dimensional tolerance 0.005mm) and super-stable molding products such as communication optical components and automobile functional parts. We can increase investment rapidly at any time according to customers' needs to meet customers' delivery time, cost and quality requirements.

2、Small assembly

We have thousand-grade clean room, strong resource integration ability and automatic design to provide support for intelligent production solutions and provide competitive products for customers.

3、Design and manufacture of precision mould

We have imported high-precision processing equipment (wire cutting machine’s precision 0.002mm, electric discharge machine(EDM) precision 0.003mm, CNC machining center precision 0.003mm) to provide customers with the best mold design and precision production. We are dedicated to the design and manufacturing of the molds for high-precision products such as communication optical components, automobile functional parts, medical products, etc.
